aBOUT The Club

Canisius Ruby's goal is to create a welcoming environment for all to enjoy what the sport of rugby has to offer, and to continue the tradition of the Canisius Crabbies. There is nothing better than the aspect of rugby, chasing a goal as a collective, and we are firm believers in that playing rugby creates better people. We aim to build a successful program on and off the pitch through teamwork, character, and commitment. Being established in 1987, we also have a large alumni presence filled with individuals who helped build the tradition of the Crabbies. Our alumni want to see C.C.R.F.C. continue to grow, and we are always working to make them proud.  We compete in National Collegiate Rugby (NCR), UpSCRC (Conference)
